Job Summary
The main role purpose is to drive the Top Line (Sales) of the Company. The Sales Representative is expected to grow the volume of the Company’s health screening services by growing the number of clients (companies, groups, families and individuals) and the size of the services rendered to the respective clients. He/she works to enlist companies requiring statutory health screening and occupational health services, health, and fitness tests. He/she also grows the number of Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) the company works with. The Sales Representative similarly identifies opportunities for promotions and product offers.
Requirements:
• Proven sales experience
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Computer use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc)
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Identify customer’s needs and build long-lasting relationships with customers
• Attend meetings, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
• Identify and support new product development initiatives of the company
• Manage relationships with Company’s brand consultants
